Have your own trained, certified Clinical Documentation Specialist professional on-site. Have your Certified in Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist to organize, implement, and improve your Clinical Documentation Improvement Program.
Groups may select to have the Clinical Documentation Specialist Program provided on-site at your facility. The certification examination can also be taken at that time.
Registration Information
Registration is available by internet sign-up on the web, telephone, and mailing-in of brochure application.
Registration payments may be made by check or credit card.
MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards accepted via all three registration methods.
A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
To hold a registration until a check is received, a credit card number must be forwarded with the registration. It must be duly noted on the registration form “To hold and not to process”. If payment is not received by seven days prior to the program, credit card payment will be processed.
Hotel reservations – direct web-link to hotels for room reservations. A limited block of discounted rooms have been reserved for attendees who mention the Clinical Documentation Improvement Program. The rates are subject to availability.
