The Clinical Documentation program offered by DocuEd includes highly motivated and expertly trained individuals whose only goal is to help you succeed within your organization.  The level of information is excellent and includes the knowledge to increase the confidence you need to become a great Documentation Improvement Specialist.  As a CCS myself, the C-CDI credential squelched my own fears concerning qualifications to becoming a good change agent.  It provides the knowledge to accurately interpret documentation, the clinical expertise to make the changes that positively impact the bottom line at your facility, and the confidence you need to consider yourself an equal partner in the health care team.
